* BRAND NEW W/ TAGS!* Bridesmaid Dress

The wedding was called off so I have no use for this beautiful dress. It is navy blue with a rhinestone accent under the bust. Floor length. Chiffon material. Designer is IMPRESSION Bridal. Strapless or has optional spaghetti straps. Size 16 (not sure what size this is equivalent to?). I always ordered one size bigger to be safe, it can always be altered to fit. I'm sure I won't get what I paid for it ($210.00) so make me a reasonable offer. I would not say this is a "plus size" dress.
