BRAND NEW, WITH TAGS, BLACK COCKTAIL/EVENING DRESS

This is a beautiful, brand new with tags, Betsy and Adam by Linda Bernell dress! It has a beautiful rose detailing on the v cut neck line, and ruching all the way down the side that truly just sucks and pulls you in. It looks so great on and gives you a perfect hourglass figure with the ruching. This dress is a size 4 but also fits like a 2, and goes down pass your knees. I am 5'3 so it landed about mid shin for me. Would be perfect for a cocktail or evening dress. Bought from Macy's for $79
