To answer your question about the white Jessica Simpson heels ( I happened to run across your comment ), they do run small. I tried on the exact same pair 8.5, which is my normal size, and it didn’t fit. Too small. Also you can get them at Marshall’s for $24 brand new in the box ( I know this because I almost bought them tonight but couldn’t because they didn’t fit). (They are also over priced on that sellers page) I hope this helps answer your question about sizing.
