Just as I peeked in this book, I saw some really good recipes. chicken gumbo, green tomato puffs with a iola, spicy corn fritters, potato chips, tacos, down home pork chops and applesauce, chicken and beer batter, deep fried turkey, cornmeal crusted jalapeno poppers tempura pecans, Chinese dumplings, Tex-Mex potato skins... like they came right from restaurants although I'm not sure they did. They looked delicious though! 192 pages all crisp and ready for you to read! Great gift!
