bekcoloma I purchased this jacket and received it today. The jacket description states that it is new with tags and never worn. It has the tags but it is not new and it has been worn. The jacket does not smell new at all! It smells like it has been worn. The Sherpa near the armpit is matted and has burgundy lint all over it. The jacket is covered with pet hair. I’m highly allergic to dogs and cats. Very disappointed with this purchase. I submitted a dispute as soon as I received it.

addycarver111 @bekcoloma Hi there. I’m so so sorry you are unhappy with the jacket. I was told that it had never been worn because I got it from a friend and assumed that it was brand new cause of the tags. Will not happen again. Once again, so sorry about this.
