B.R.O. Hurry! Sequin Hand-stitched Dress

Sequin handstitched Dress - tags removed as they were not in a good place at neckline but do know it was made in India. All done on sheer black with lining except for sleeves. Believe it is a medium - laying flat it is 18 inches from armpit to armpit. Approximately 17 inches at about the hip- 10 inch zipper - comes to mid calf. Worn once to a Gala Opening. Just beautiful.
