shellyt50 Oh bless your heart. I'm so sorry you are having to deal with that. I know first hand how frustrating it can be. I've sold some heels for the same reason. The pants went next since I just laid around I can't fit in anything. Lol. Set backs of this kind are are difficult for women, since we think we "need" to do everything ourselves. Take care of your self and prayers for a speedy recovery.

sweetpea45 @shellyt50 yes I'm having a terrible day. I feel like crap. How do I keep from gaining a lot of weight? I can't really sleep. Dr says no weight at all. Maybe just maybe at 6 mos he might let me move my ankle! That means I really did a number on it. Ugh! Any ideas to help me stay sa Even?

shellyt50 @sweetpea45 oh hun I wish I had some words of wisdom. I guess if you're gonna snack cut way back on calories. Maybe some arm exercises to get your heart rate up. And all the patience you can muster up. I feel your frustration .
