BROOKES BOSWELL HAT Cassie in Black Velour Felt size XS

I only wore this hat one time. Like new condition. Phasing out my darker items in my wardrobe for more neutrals. XS = 21 1/2" I have a fairly small head and this hat fit like a glove! The Cassie has a stout crown and a cute upturned brim that is edged in grosgrain ribbon. Made of high quality fur felt from the Czech Republic. Hand blocked in Portland, Oregon.
