Those pants are sized by overseas standards so they are not a US size 4X. I bought these with a size 16-18W in mind. The waist is 41inches but it does stretch to 46 and there will be hip room. The rise in the front is 14.5 inches. Very high. The length is almost 34 inches. They are flared a little. These are new. They came in a bag and that is why no tags. They are just too long for me.
