that’s pretty mini dress or tunic is made in Bucharest so I can’t read what it’s made of although a percentages acrylic. It feels like a really soft angora. The dress or tunic is a Ribet that I mention it soft so soft then there is an embroidered sheer lace inside at the shoulder and those fabulous fringe, textured sleeves. A lot of fun in excellent condition.
