NWT Adorable top in earth tone tie dye. Has pretty white crochet detail down the center and at neckline. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Ruffled bottom hangs lower on the sides. 100% rayon. Chest measures 16 3/4" laying flat. Length is 20 1/4 measured from the bottom of armpit. Flares out to 31" above the ruffle. Size M
