Brand new with tag but does have some flaws. The silvery gray beads are hand sewn and seem to be attached pretty firmly, but there are a few missing under one armpit. See last photo. Beautiful chiffon like fabric. Very good quality. Has a loose baggy fit. Hi-Lo front back hem. Adjustable shoulder straps. No trades No holds
