4" fringe sweater tank Body length 23" on size small. WOULD DEFINITELY FIT FIT A SMALLChest measures 34". Body length measures 23". 55% Cotton 45% Acrylic. Machine wash cold. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Do not wring or twist. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Really hard to give this up but I know it would look better on someone else.
