this best United garment company skirt is in excellent condition. it is a double button down the front with any elastic in the back for comfort. to get the true color and to see the additional stitching please look at my close-up pictures. this is got double buttons all the way down the skirt except for the final 7 inches. it is open. this is a midweight skirt no slip will be needed. measurements.
