clare7 @esimonay thanks so much sorry for getting back late I was with my daughter at the park. The dresses are small and extra small. The extra small has a stretch to it. I'm not sure how to measure the waists to I just take a ruler and measure straight across?

coexist2014 Hi there! These are beautiful! I would also love flat waist, and bust measurements, if possible! You can just lay them flat, sons measure across the waist, then measure across the chest.
