My sister owned this purse for 2 years and used it maybe once (she moved onto bigger and badder purses! Haha) it's in like new condition. Real leather, has Coach tag and label on inside. No wear to leather, zipper, lining or metal. It's an adorable little bag, if only I didn't carry behemoths for purses I would keep it! Very classy but also a good transition bag if you are just starting out with designer purses.
