This is a two layer bridal petticoat with an elastic waist. I purchased it for costuming but never used it. It is in very good condition and has no tears, it DOES have some stains on the bottom and inner layer, they are easily washed but this item is hand wash only and that's a project I can't take on right now. Your dress will cover them anyway. This petticoat will increase the size of your dress by over 24 inches and it measures 38 inches long. Perfect for a wedding on a budget!

bmoore22 @abstractaverun, @sarajm still available and the waist is elastic and measures 24 inches unstretched but stretches to 36 inches without any issues. It sits on the high waist as well
