This long flowy maxi dress is NWT. the top is a nice thin stretchy material, and the bottom is a lightweight material that has a lining that goes about half way down. This would be great to wear on a cruise or beach vacation. on the right side there is a slight pull in the material that isn't noticeable but can be easily repaired.
