WHAT IS AFFIRM? Affirm is a pay-over-time method that allows you to split your purchase into monthly installments. Poshmark offers Affirm as a payment option for all purchases $50 OR MORE. DEPENDING ON ELIGIBILITY, customers may have the option to split their purchase into 4 payments over 6 weeks with no interest or 3 monthly payments with 0% APR, or 6 or 12 monthly payments with a 10-30% APR. HOW DO I MAKE MY PAYMENTS? Payments are made directly to Affirm. Before each payment is due, Affirm will send you an email or SMS reminder with the installment amount and the due date. You also have the option to sign up for autopay, so you don’t risk missing a payment. Affirm does not charge late fees. 1. Go to www.affirm.com/account. 2. Enter your mobile phone number. Affirm sends a personalized security PIN to your phone. 3. Enter this security PIN into the form on the next page and select Sign in. 4. After you sign in, a list of your loans appears, with payments that are coming due. 5. Select the loan payment you would like to make. 6. Make a payment using a debit card or ACH bank transfer. CAN I GET A REFUND? In the event that your order is cancelled, your refund will post to your Affirm account. If you have already made loan payments or a down payment, Affirm issues a refund to the bank account or debit card that you used to make the payments. Your refund should appear in your account within three to ten business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
