B&W Dress Top

This dress top has a sewn in under shirt that makes getting dressed in the morning simple! Made to look like a 2-piece. No rips or stains. Tag was taken out for comfort. Can keep it pulled back for an open look with the buttons, or can keep it closed and add a belt (button shown in picture 2)!
