B&W Floral Dress

Beautiful form fitting black and white dress from Forever 21. Sweetheart neckline and large belt loops. I tied the back for a better fit, but can come undone. There’s a small stain on the neckline border and the hook in the back is missing but the zipper still locks in place. otherwise still a very gorgeous dress perfect for all occasions
