B&W Flowy Dress

Black and white vertically stripped, half-sleeved dress! It's flowy and not heavy at all! I took a picture the best I could of how it flares by the bottom! Also, only worn a couple times as well! Not too short slightly above the knee, and I'm 5'7 for reference. True to size.
