B&W Paisley Strapless Maxi dress - XS

Charlotte Russe Black and white paisley strapless maxi dress. Size XS but is flowy and the bust area is elastic/ruched so it still fit me as a size small. I am 5’3” and this dress hit the top of my feet but did not drag the ground with flat sandals on. Very comfortable and great for summer or as swimsuit cover!
