B&W Pin-Striped Mini Skirt

PRELOVED. Vintage find! Originally purchased from a vintage store in Brooklyn. The material has a slight glitter to it, which makes it great for summer! I am guessing this is about a size 2 or 4. No tag info, but the measurements are: Waist- 15.25" - Length- 11" - Bottom Width- 19.5" please reference these measurements instead of the listed size because I cannot be sure. Thanks!
