B&W Polka Dot Shorts

The cutest black and white polka dot shorts. The leg openings have a rolled cuffed. The front has pockets and a double belt loop detail. Zipper fly and hook and button tab closure, faux pockets in the back. There are some imperfections in the fabric, they were purchased this way, please see pics.
