B&W mixed pattern dress with pops of yellow

Black and white dress with touches of yellow in the skirt and neck zipper (it’s more of a neon high-lighter yellow, the picture makes it look a lot more muted). Striped part is jersey knit and stretchy, the skirt is cotton and lined with an elastic waist. Minor pilling in the armpits. Hits me just above the knee (I’m 5’9”)
