B/W polka dot dress wit red satin trim

I am re-poshing this due to the fact it is super narrow in the bust. I wear a size 6; figured I'd be safe in a 7/8. nope. this would be really cute for Disney bounding. I think the top is sized more like a 3/4 or even 2. crinoline under the skirt.
