Fit and flare Audrey Hepburn style dress, tulle skirt and bodice. Fully lined with black, polyester lining. Skirt has two layers of tulle— big polka dots on top, and smaller polka dots underneath. Bodice is ruched tulle with horizontal pleats, and some light boning underneath the bust. It has spaghetti straps, and a back zipper. Brand is Jessica Howard evenings. Size 8 or small.
