BYSI pewter gray balloon dress

Pale pewter shiny material on this sleeveless dress. Balloon style hem with two buttons at the side of the hem . Large black applique is accented by large (I believe it may be hard plastic) Flower design using different colored petals and black center , also has scattered faux diamonds near the center . Very striking dress! Cocktails, weddings, cruises, special occasions, dinner, dancing. Certainly a wow dress!
