BYdesign short sleeve plus size blouse with polka dots

Gently used, does have a little bit of fuzziness from washing, I tried to capture in the pictures. But it’s still in good condition and has a lot of life left. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It is short sleeve but it has a slit up the sleeves and then there are three golden flat metal circles up the shoulder they have a little bit of where to them. The front is a little bit shorter than the back.
