Bab blue floor length gown new without tags

Bought from David’s bridal, never got the chance to wear because my girls were a bit dramatic and on display in the cutout! It’s super soft and flattering, one would just have to adjust the bust properly and I don’t do boob tape very often. !A little string fraying around the neckline, came like that, does not hinder the appearance when on at all and could be easily fixed! Item comes from a dog owning household.
