What are the signs of wear for this lovely sweater, please?

@smp72 thanks for your interest! I looked over the hems and they all look good. There is some minimal pilling. The cowl neck is rolled on one side by doesn’t have a hem on that side either. The front stomach area has a few fuzzy spots. I added some pictures of all of this. It is in great shape!
