Baby Blue Gown- perfect condition

worn once! Beautiful condition gown. Perfect for a prom dress or a bridesmaid dress. The breast part of the gown is adjustable so you can tighten/ loosen it to your liking. This dress doesn't have a tag but I purchased it as a size 3, and took it in and had it shortened a bit. I can currently fit a size 0 dress or a 2 and it is loose on me in the chest ( for size reference ) price is negotiable. I'm 5'3 and the dress touches the ground.
