Baby Blue/Periwinkle Silk

Skirt is midi length and 13 1/2” at waist unstretched but stretches to 19 1/2”. Waist is elastic all the way around. Both pieces fully lined-not sleeves. Top about 19 1/2” pit to pit lying flat. Has no zipper. The top is one of those that you get different pit to pit measurements on-I’ve gotten from 19-21”. EUC
