Beautiful Baby Dior vintage sleeper/pajamas/pjs/sleepwear. Adorable print with pastel colors and letters. Very tiny smudge and hole in the right armpit but you cannot see this while it is on. Very small amount of pilling, so gorgeous and rare. Would consider this newborn to 3 months old size. Tag says up to 13 lbs.
