Is this dress heavyweight or flannel/ fleece or regular cotton. It would be worn in St Pete, FL so it can’t be too heavy.

@proudmimix3 it’s actually really light. Has just a little light fabric lining, (so 2 layers) not fleece though. She would keep cooler. Comes with a headband! I don’t know if I added that :)
