Baby Girl Party Dress

Retro Baby Girl Party Dress. This dress is from 2000, my youngest wore it a couple of times, Christmas🎄 of 2000 and Valentines ❤️ Day 2001; then it was packed away. The top section is Velveteen adorned with ⛓Silver Lamé Thread. The Empire waist is shown off with Flower Trim. The Skirt section has a built-in Petticoat covered by two rows of Organdie fabric. There’ a very small spot on the skirt toward the right front-side, The last picture shows that spot.
