kitkat0502 @stargirl1111 hi! So, it kind of comes down to the progression of how children grow. Size 4T and size 4 are generally meant for the same weight however during this time period in a child's development, she will go through a bit of a growth spurt, making her need longer pants, dresses and skirts. This is provided by the size 4 (as opposed to a toddler 4T). Size 4's are typically 1-2 in. longer compared to size 4T's. If you need exact measurements, please let me know.

stargirl1111 @kitkat0502 I bought her the 3 a year ago she is turning 4 in May. Her little sister is 2 and wears it but I want to get her a new one because she loved it.

kitkat0502 @stargirl1111 Size 4 would probably be good for her however - as I mentioned - it depends on how she's growing. Usually by age 4, girls are into size 4. Size 4T is basically a transitional size as toddlers tend to be shorter and more "stout" than young chidren. (I hope I'm making sense.) Some brands even have size 5T for this reason.
