meganjoy4 @venomousvintage hey! I can’t answer that! My daughter wore them several years ago and she was almost 1. They were big on her, but I don’t know what size she was. I think her foot size was about a 4 at the time? Sorry that isn’t very helpful. I imagine that they are TTS though!
