High neck light / pastel / baby blue dress with lace overlay and fringe lace hem. High neck. Zip back. Hits right above the knees on me - I’m 5’4”. Only flaw is a hardly noticeable darkening of the lace, likely from foundation makeup, at the neck. Such a cute dress but high necklines just don’t suit me.
