Baby blue/ light blue prom dress two piece

Size 1 but I usually wear a 2! I’m 5’ really short so it looks like a 1 piece on me! I got it a little dirty in the front bottom from walking, but you could him it or dry clean it! I’m small in the waist but not sure of my measurements. The top fit me perfect with padding, I’m a 34b!
