Baby blue sparkly balloon sweatshirt

Baby blue balloon sweatshirt, loose fit with balloon sleeves. Ithas silver thread woven into the fabric (see pics). Rib knit at neck, cuffs, and hem. In good, pre-loved condition: no runs, stains, or holes, not stretched out. Shoulder: 16”; sleeves are 22” from shoulder to wrist, and 8 1/2” wide that taper to a fitted wrist. Shoulder to hem is 22 1/2”; body is 19” wide at waist.
