Baby blue strapless prom dress sheer jeweled SZ 0

Beautiful baby blue strapless jeweled prom dress with a high slit leg and sheer torso. Labeled size 0. I wore this once in 2015! The only flaw is little finger marks in the tulle from picking up the dress to walk. In the last photo I had a 24” waist, DD bust and am 5”1. This dress I believe was altered to fit someone of my height you can see it just lightly touches the ground. It has loops where you can attach straps, in last photo I had attached clear straps to hold up the dress.
