Baby blue stretch cropped work pants

Brand new from target high waisted, baby blue side, zip elastic flat front, work pants. They have a slight flare. I took the tags off with all intentions of getting them hemmed, clearly never happened lol! If you’re taller than 5’1 they will be a crop on you! Hit me at a weird place. Too bad, they are really pretty on.
