Baby doll dress

This is a nice quality puff sleeved baby doll dress. The dress has the weight and feel of taffeta. It is a beauty. It has double exposed pink buttons all the way down the front and has very full puff sleeves you could stuff with tulle to make the sleeves have even more drama. The P2P is 21.5", and the length is 32". Based on measurements, this dress can go from a small, size 4 to 6, up to a medium. I wouldn't go past a sz 10.
