Baby doll style new boutique dress

New dress from Zig Zag Stripeboutique. Very strechy material.top is solid black and is almost see thru I would wesr a bralett under. Fun and bright colored pattern at skirt. Empire style,waist with baby doll feel! Size small but is short so unless ur super short I would put leggings under it. Great for upcoming fall weather. Came in bag with no attached tags. Has been hand washed n hung dry.cuz I always wash items and planned to wear then didn't.
