Baby girl 0-3 month boots

Baby girl boots. Brown with cute twisted knots on the sides. Brand is Old Navy and size is 0-3 months. They look super cute and are easy to dress up. They Velcro shut on the sides so they’re super easy to put on and because they’re taller, these were one of the only shoes my daughter couldn’t immediately kick off lol In good, used condition. They do have little white specks on them, as shown in photos. Not sure what it is or how it got there so I don’t know if it will come off or not. Otherwise, they’ve still got a lot of life left. Pet and smoke free home.
