Baby girl dress

Baby girl dress with tulle overlay. Has pulls in the tulle part of dress here and there nothing so crazy but slightly noticeable. Once worn it’s really hard to tell. Very cute and soft. The top portion of the dress has a velour feel to it and has a cute glittery waist band and flower. Washed and cleaned with baby detergent only. Pet and smoke free home.
