Faux leather skirt with tulle underlay, matching shirt with faux leather eyelet cutout collar, short sleeves single button closure on back of neck. Please note- the skirt is a size NEWBORN bc it ran a lot bigger in a size 3 months when trying to pair with the top, both pieces fit my daughter at the three month mark.
