@magui_di hi. As far as I can see, yes. It was never used. I actually bought two, one for my daughter and niece, but never got to use it. It was outgrown. This was just taken out the bag it was shipped in and hanged in the closet. All tags are intact. If you're interested in two I can sell both for $50 😊
